The answer to this question was revealed by Apple’s report to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. According to the report, Apple CEO Tim Cook’s total earnings in 2021 was $98 million 734 thousand 394.
Tim Cook received an annual fee of $3 million from Apple, while he was given a stock award of $82,347,835. Apart from the annual fee and stock award, the total compensation earned by Tim Cook was reflected in the report as 13 million 386 thousand 559 dollars in total.

Tim Cook’s “Other compensation” includes vacation pay of $23,077, security expenses of $630,630 and personal air travel of $712,488. Apple wants Cook to use a private plane for safety reasons.
