“The company also notes that the complaints moved by the AGCM in any case concern only a significantly minority part of the communications sent to its customers and therefore the sanction imposed was more limited than other operators, also taking into account the fact that the Company had promptly complied with the provisions of theAuthority – added ACEA –. In a market context that was particularly difficult in 2022 due to the sharp increase and volatility in the prices of energy products, ACEA highlights that it has adopted all the actions necessary with the aim of protecting its customers both in the short and long term”.
