(Finance) – “Thanks to the recent recapitalization desired by the government, Ansaldo Energy is today able to grow its production activities to face the new challenges of the market. The Government will support the company to support its growth and development, also through the acquisition of new orders”. Thus the undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Finance Federico Brakes, during this morning’s visit to the Group’s Genoa headquarters. The regional councilor for economic development Andrea Benveduti was also present at the meeting.
During the visitthe undersecretary met with i vertices corporateunderlining how “Ansaldo Energia, a global leading company in the field of power generation, is a fundamental asset for the country’s growth”.
During the meeting, the undersecretary also addressed issues related to the growing opportunities in the nuclear and transition energy: “Thanks to its skills – he underlined – the Ansaldo Energia Group plays a fundamental role as a catalyst for the Italian supply chain, not only for the related activities generated for the benefit of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also as a centralizer of technologies and a development engine of the industrial sector”.
