NEW SANCTIONS APPROVED

France’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union also said on Twitter that EU ambassadors approved “new sanctions against leaders, Russian oligarchs and family members involved in Russia’s attacks on Ukraine”.

“These sanctions exclude three Belarusian banks from the SWIFT system. They clarify the issue of cryptocurrencies and include lists of non-exportable goods and materials,” the French presidency said.
