The tram between Utrecht, Nieuwegein and IJsselstein is not running today anyway, reports transport company U-OV. Many buses are also cancelled. How much exactly is difficult to say, but according to an initial estimate, it concerns about half of the Syntus buses. U-OV says around 9 a.m. that 68 percent of drivers are at work.
