Another MMORPG dies in 2022

Last minute The world stood up after Putins decision in

The first MMORPG of the year died in January. Since then, things have not gone well for many genre representatives this year. Now it has also caught the steampunk MMORPG Elyon. We at MeinMMO have this and other news of the week for you in the weekly review.

The highlights of the week:

  • The MMORPG Broken Ranks is an insider tip for many. Now the developers are showing what will come into play in 2023. The story is continued and a new maximum level is planned.
  • RuneScape is one of the most popular MMORPGs out there. The title is now getting a major graphic update, but this doesn’t go entirely smoothly.
  • EVE Online announced the next major update, Uprising, for November. Above all, this should make the faction wars revised and more exciting (via massivelyop.com).
  • The excitement of the week: As the next MMORPG in 2022, Elyon announces that it will close on December 7th. The game was only released in October 2021. Until then, however, the planned content should continue to be published. Even the new class will appear in September.

The discussion of the week: The servers in WoW Classic are too full. To counter the long queues, Blizzard is now closing some realms to new players. Possibly even permanently.
