A rocket attack was carried out on Ayn al-Assad Air Base, where US soldiers are located, in Anbar, located in western Iraq. Iraqi security sources stated that 4 rockets were launched at the base.
Security forces, who started search and scanning activities in the region after the attack, found a rocket launcher in the al-Sersar region of Anbar, but did not provide information on whether the attack caused damage or loss of life at the base.
