Anonymous prepaid cards for mobile phones will be banned on 1 August. New rules where the operator must register personal data will help the police to fight crime and make it more difficult for criminals. At the turn of the month, the operator must register the subscriber’s name, address and social security number. In addition, an identity check must be made.
