The Top Chef show started its 13th season on February 16, 2022. Among the 15 new candidates, around ten officiate in French, Belgian or foreign restaurants. The candidate Thibaut Spiwack is the chef of the restaurant Anona, at 80 boulevard des Batignolles in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. The restaurant offers gourmet, ethical and sustainable cuisine, with a chef concerned with environmental issues. On the menu, potatoes from the Eprunes farm, trout from the Pyrenees, shellfish from Normandy, quail from the Vosges… But also homemade organic breads, fresh juices, beers and lemonade from Paris.
