During this second week of competition at the Star Academy, the first tensions appear between the inhabitants of the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys. In question ? Anisha’s doubts, yet clearly displayed as being one of the favorites at the start of the 2022 season, who have the gift of annoying her comrades, who explain that they lose energy trying to reassure her.
Due to a lack of self-confidence, Anisha is accused by some, Léa, Chris and Cenzo in the lead, of showing false modesty. Léa, a strong-willed candidate, has indeed expressed her annoyance at the behavior of her young roommate, who, despite an ankle injury, passed her evaluations for the week, as evidenced by the reactions of the teaching staff.
This week, Matthieu Gonet added himself to Anisha’s list of admirers, stressing his impatience to work with her with the symphony orchestra announced for the next prime on Saturday. Anisha was assigned to sing alongside Zaz with Carla and Louis.
Anisha suffers an ankle injury
It is an ankle splint that Anisha presented herself to during Yanis Marshall’s dance class, during the daily newspaper on Tuesday, October 25. Favorite displayed in this Star Academy 2022, the young woman explains that she felt pain in her ankle during the night. In the confessional, Anisha explains that she suffers from a “muscle contraction”, which prevents her from “doing sports” and therefore, inevitably, from dancing.
Who is Star Academy candidate Anisha?
Originally from Madagascar, Anisha now lives in Sannois in the Val d’Oise. Before seeing her sing, the distribution of her portrait made it possible to discover a young woman little spared by life. “I could not have dreamed so big. I had difficult living conditions in my childhood and participating in this competition is a little revenge. I will do the best I can”, she had already entrusted to the Parisian just before that first primetime appearance.
“I hope to give strength to those who have encountered difficulties like me”, she explained before admitting: “I am very anxious, but there, I jump into the void.” Visibly little won by stress, Anisha delivered a performance that seduced the jury, blown unanimously, both on the side of director Michael Goldman and his singing teacher Adeline Toniutti. A few seconds after her performance, Anisha was surprised to see Serge Lama himself appear on the duplex screen to congratulate her! This is a first that will go down in the annals of the show…
A difficulty, the dance?
The hardest part for Anisha may be beginning, confirming all the more so as she will discover two difficulties for her at the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys: community life and dancing. The young singer admitted to France Bleu before the start of the show, “she does not dance”. It is up to her to progress under the watchful eye of the demanding Yanis Marshall and to confirm the vision of the casting team. She discovered her on an open stage in Paris where she performed Chris Isaak’s hit Wicked Game, she who likes to sing 80s rock, folk and admits to admiring Freddie Mercury but also Grégory Lemarchal, winner of the season 4 of Star Academy.
