(Finance) – The net inflows of assets under management (excluding the insurance powers of Branch I) of the Anima group in January 2022 was positive for 209 million euros. At the end of January the masses managed as a whole from Anima – a company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the asset management sector – amounted to approximately 202 billion euros, an increase of 8 billion euros compared to the same month of the previous year and a slight decrease compared to the figure of December 2021 (equal to approximately 204 billion euros).
“After a record year, the start of 2022 in terms of net inflows is very promising, with a positive figure driven by the retail segment despite the turbulence in the markets of the last few weeks and the expiry, recorded in the month, of some institutional mandates for over 300 million euros “, commented theAD Alessandro Melzi d’Eril. “The January result is in fact largely due to the results recorded by our partner banks with retail customers, who continue to find in Anima mutual funds a good risk-return balance in line with investment needs and a gradual reduction of accumulated liquidity on current accounts in these months of uncertainty “, he added.
