(Finance) – In relation to the treasury share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting on March 31, 2022 and the start of which was communicated on November 7, 2022, SOUL Holding announced that he has purchasedfrom 20 to 24 February 2023, overall 355,000 ordinary shares at the average price of 4.0939 euros, for a counter value equal to 1,454,830.37 euros.
Following the purchases communicated on 27 February and considering the ordinary shares already in the portfolio, ANIMA Holding holds 23,345,771 treasury shares equal to approximately 6.74% of the share capital.
