(Telestock) – ANIMA Holdingas part of its share buyback program, has announced that it has purchasedfrom 2 to 6 September 2024, overall 516,287 ordinary shares at an average price of 4.9726 euros, for a counter value equal to 2.567.313,89 euro.
Following the purchases just announced and considering the shares in portfolio, ANIMA Holding holds 9,048,622 treasury shares equal to approximately 2.834% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milan stock exchange, the Leading independent asset manager in Italy extends its stride compared to the previous session, reaching 5.25 euros.
