(Finance) – In relation to the buy-back program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 31 March 2021 and whose launch was announced on 1 March 2022, ANIMA Holding has announced that it has purchasedfrom 11 to 14 April 2022, overall 428,421 ordinary shares at an average price of € 4.3216, for a countervalue equal to 1,851,908.63 euros.
Following the purchases announced on April 19 and considering the ordinary shares previously held in the company’s portfolio, ANIMA Holding holds 27,392,739 treasury shares equal to approximately 7.43% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Milan, the main independent asset manager in Italy widens the profit margin compared to the values of the day before, and stands at € 4.404, with an increase of 0.36%
