(Tiper Stock Exchange) – SOUL Holdingas part of the treasury share buyback programme, has announced that it has purchasedfrom 21 to 25 August 2023, overall 508,677 ordinary shares at the average price of 3.6836 euros, for one counter value equal to 1,873,771.47 euros.
Following the purchases just announced and considering the ordinary shares already in the portfolio, ANIMA Holding holds 6,864,034 treasury shares equal to approximately 2.08% of the share capital.
