(Finance) – In relation to the buy-back program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 31 March 2022 and whose start was communicated on 14 July 2022, ANIMA Holding has announced that it has purchasedfrom 8 to 12 August 2022, overall 567,951 ordinary shares at the average price of 3.5294 euros, for a countervalue equal to 2,000,830.49 euros.
Following the purchases announced on August 16 and considering the ordinary shares already in portfolio, ANIMA Holding holds 8,973,597 treasury shares equal to approximately 2.59% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese price list, the main independent asset manager in Italy it recorded a decrease of 2.65% compared to the previous day, settling at 3.45 euros.
