(Finance) – In relation to the buy-back program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 31 March 2022 and whose start was communicated on 14 July 2022, ANIMA Holding has announced that it has purchasedon July 15, 2022, in total 120,000 ordinary shares at the average price of 3.1792 euros, for a countervalue equal to 381,501.24 euros.
Following the purchases announced on 18 July and considering the ordinary shares previously held in the portfolio, ANIMA Holding holds 6,674,425 treasury shares equal to approximately 1.93% of the share capital.
On the stock market, today, the decline is compounded by main independent asset manager in Italydown by 1.06% on previous values.
