(Finance) – ANIMA Holdingas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedfrom September 11 to 15, 2023, overall 589,343 ordinary shares at the average price of 3.8560 euros, for one countervalue equal to 2,272,479.04 euros.
Following the purchases just communicated and considering the ordinary shares already in portfolio, ANIMA Holding holds 8,450,620 own shares equal to approximately 2.57% of the share capital.
