Teixeira: “It is always reactive, because we react to an incident. You should not need such an initiative. So unfortunately that is not the case, so it is good that it is there. We collect reports that we receive from this type of incidents, but also stalking and doxing. We also do things such as installing security cameras at colleagues’ homes, we help with an emergency button and we provide free training on de-escalation and how to assess risks in certain situations, for example.”
