Anette Ångnell is a regular commuter and travels the Norrtälje-Stockholm route several times a week to get to work. First it is the bus to Stockholm that applies, then she takes her electric scooter the final way from the bus station.
But in mid-September, the everyday warmth is interrupted in a very abrupt way.
As Anette gets ready to retrieve her electric scooter from the bus’ trunk, and with the door ajar, the bus pulls up and starts driving.
– I get terrified when I stand in there and try to shout and scream and hit the bus. The probability that I will drop out is quite high, says Anette.
The situation is so serious that Anette makes the decision to jump out of the car – but manages without injury.
However, the story does not end there. Two weeks later, the accident occurs again, and an almost identical situation unfolds for Anette in the luggage compartment of the bus.
– This time the driver spots me faster, so it’s not halfway out on the road, but it still drove off, says Anette.
For TV4 Nyheterna, SL regrets what happened and says that the cause of the incidents is due to a problem with the buses’ signal system, which must be fixed as soon as possible.
