A year ago, the company had 240 employees, something that has been reduced in stages to 80 employees right now. This has caused the production rate to drop drastically.
– We thought that the situation would stabilize after one or at most two interest rate increases, but that has not been the case, says Fredrik Anheim, CEO of Anebyhusgruppen.
Want to extend the reconstruction
Since the company underwent reconstruction, they have switched production to also work with apartment buildings and rental properties. Now Anebyhusgruppen will apply to extend the reconstruction for another three months.
When do you think the situation will turn around this time?
– There are glimmers of light, but hopefully we will have made it through this again in six months, says Fredrik Anheim.
