The moderates went to the polls on stronger support for Ukraine, including Archer, but Wednesday’s support package does not include Archer.
– That issue is still relevant. Now we have responded to the needs that Ukraine expresses that they have in combination with what Sweden has available, says Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M).
The military package is designed according to Ukraine’s own priority list and Magdalena Andersson (S) emphasizes that she thinks it is good that the new government continues to support Ukraine. But the party leader of the Social Democrats believes at the same time that the Moderates are letting the voters down.
– It is worrying because it happens in question after question now, she says.
