Anders Bagges fear wants to move from Sweden

Anders Bagge is best known for his role as a jury member in Idol between the years 2008-2015 and then again in 2017 until today. He has also competed in Melodifestivalen in 2022 with the song “Bigger Than The Universe” which took him to second place.

Together with his wife Johanna Lind Ramge he lives at Rastaborgsslott on Färingsö, where they have a whopping 13,000 square meters. Four dogs and a cat also live there.

Despite his idyll, Anders Bagge now wants to move from Sweden. He writes that in a post on the platform Instagram.

After Mikael, 39, was shot to death in front of his son in Skärholmen, Stockholm, all of Sweden was in shock. According to information to The evening paper Mikael and his 12-year-old son were on their way to a bathhouse in the area when Mikael confronted a gang.

He was shot in the head while the son alerted the police.

Anders Bagge reacted like many others. On his Instagram, he writes the following:

“..this violence and insensitivity to the lives of others is completely unacceptable.”

The post contains a picture of an article from Aftonbladet that describes the murder of Mikael.

“I think that a terrorist threat is the least of our problems, this violence and insensitivity to other people’s lives is completely unacceptable. If the truth is to be revealed, I am considering moving from Sweden to protect my family and my dogs. The country that I love the country that I grew up in is being completely destroyed.”

Bagge concludes by writing that “for the first time” he is “seriously worried”.
