What can Andariel’s face do? The Visage of Andariel has something special in store for builds with a high lucky hit rate. When you land a lucky hit, you have a 20% chance of triggering a poison nova that deals poison damage to enemies in the area of effect over 5 seconds.
The head protection also gives you a bonus to the following stats:
Depending on how good your drop is, you can get higher or lower rolls. The mythic headgear is also a good choice for numerous builds in the endgame of Diablo 4. For example, the Andariel Hunter build revolves entirely around the mythic and increases the item’s poison damage.
Farming Andariel’s face specifically
Where can I find Andariel’s face? To get the Mythic Unique dropped, you can try your luck with the bosses Duriel and Andariel. They both have a chance of dropping Mythics when you defeat them and are therefore suitable for farming Uniques and Mythic Uniques.
It is also possible to get Mythics outside of the two bosses as a random loot drop – but this is very rare. You can try your luck with the other bosses or in the Helltide.
