Analysis: “Hard-melted settlement for many blacks in South Africa”

Now it is clear that the sensational political settlement between the ANC and the Democratic Alliance is becoming a reality. Cyril Ramaphosa thus saved himself as the country’s president in a vote late on Friday night – but with a price.
