An MMORPG that everyone wants to be a big success shares good news

Guild Wars 2 has released a new expansion and it’s going really well. The MMORPG generally enjoys a good reputation in the community, even if not everyone actively plays it. But there is also positive news to report with Throne and Liberty and Lost Ark. We summarize everything important from this week.

The highlights of the week:

The excitement of the week: In Final Fantasy XIV, a costume set was offered in the shop that was visually very reminiscent of a skin in the game itself. The community didn’t like that at all.

The week in the podcast: In their own podcast MMO News, the two MeinMMO editors Alexander Leitsch and Mark Sellner are talking about the most important news about MMORPGs this week. Topics included the Pay2Win allegations at RuneScape and Black Desert, the success of Loftia on Kickstarter, the new servers in Lost Ark and a lot of general information about WoW.
