Jack Dorsey started to distance himself from Twitter, the social media platform he co-founded. Twitter’s CEO stepped down as CEO late last year to focus on Block, formerly known as Square. Dorsey was replaced by Parag Agrawal.

Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey has now left the Twitter board. However, this decision did not come as a surprise. That’s because Dorsey’s plan to leave the board has been in place since he left the CEO position. The company stated at the time that Dorsey would remain on the board until his term expires at the 2022 shareholders’ meeting.
