An emergency landing plane skidded off the runway in Norway – no injuries | News in brief

In Norway, the KLM plane made an emergency landing at Torp Airport in Sandefjord on Saturday. None of the 182 people on board the plane were injured.

The plane of the Dutch company made an emergency landing due to a loud noise. In addition, the staff reported smoke in the plane’s left engine.

The crew lost control of the aircraft after the emergency landing, and the aircraft skidded off the runway onto a grassy area. The fire department had been called for an emergency landing, but there was no smoke or fire.

The matter was reported by a Norwegian newspaper based on information from the Norwegian police VG.

The flight had departed from Oslo, which is located approximately 120 kilometers from the emergency landing site. The plane was on its way to Amsterdam.
