A press release written by a lawyer, presenting herself as defending the wife of rapper Nekfeu, relays accusations of sexual violence.
Late on November 3, 2024, a press release, obviously written by Florence Fekom, who presents herself as the lawyer of the wife of the rapper Nekfeu, was posted online on the social network deleted. It reveals accusations of sexual violence and rape, targeting the artist.
The manner in which the facts of the accusation are presented raises questions, as these types of allegations are generally transmitted more formally to a news agency, to dispel any doubt about the factual nature of the accusations.
This press release therefore reports the expectation of a summons to be heard on the facts and to file a complaint, with some information on the accusations made. “My client reported to the police services acts of psychological, sexual and physical violence committed during their relationship, i.e. for almost 4 years. She notably reported acts of rape perpetrated by the latter against her on several occasions. She declares that she left him while pregnant to protect herself and their unborn child. She found herself bedridden in her fifth month of pregnancy,” we can read in this document.
The allegations further add that the complainant “suffers from severe post-traumatic stress which results, in accordance with the specialist certificates available to her, from the violence inflicted by Mr. Samaras (real name of the artist Nekfeu, editor’s note)”. The lawyer in question was contacted by BFMTV and affirmed that the mother of the rapper’s child had already reported the facts of which she accused her husband to the police in 2023. She even reportedly initiated divorce proceedings. Then last June, she sent a letter to the public prosecutor to be able to be heard and to officially file a complaint.
