Among others, Utrecht provincial council member Dimf Ghijsels-Kerkhoff of the BBB had her say this morning about those search areas. At one of the locations, the mill would be so close that “the sails would go over our provincial border.” And at another location, the search location Weesperkarspel, a mill would be in danger of the Dutch Waterline, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. “The last word has not yet been said about this in our states,” according to Ghijsels-Kerkhoff.
