(Finance) – At Amsterdam airport Schiphol they come to terms with the new one managerial and operational emergency which characterized the last weekend.
For a few weeks, the important Dutch hub seemed to have passed the critical phasethanks also to the limitation of the number of passengers, instead between Saturday and Sunday there was the worst situation of the summer for the airport, due to the shortage of staff.
They have been registered delays of up to three hours in the procedures for security checks and access times to the terminal, with queues also outside the airport. Over 300 delayed flights.
