The human rights organization Amnesty International claims in a new report that the Ukrainian military has risked the lives of civilians by setting up military bases in, for example, schools, hospitals and residential buildings.
Amnesty believes in its report that they are thus committing war crimes. Ukraine is now rejecting the report, saying it is unfair and part of a disinformation campaign supported by Moscow.
