It will probably be shot less this autumn. The reason is the lack of components and materials, for weapons and ammunition due to the corona pandemic and the war in Ukraine, which causes problems for the hunters.
– It’s a complete lack of a way so the hunters have to get used to the fact that it won’t get what it’s used to using, says Seved Wiklund, arms dealer.
At the gun store in Piteå, there is also a risk that the hunters will not have time to receive their ordered goods in time for the hunting season, which in northern Sweden starts already in September. And also that hunting becomes more expensive.
