Reiding has been identifying soldiers for 25 years and tracing their relatives. A total of 865 victims from the former Soviet Union are buried in Leusden. “Some people have been asking the question for years: where is my father, husband or grandfather? To be able to answer that question is very special. It ensures that soldiers and their relatives are much less forgotten,” said the founder of the Soviet Field of Honor.
