The current Amersfoort coalition (D66, GroenLinks, CDA, Party for the Animals and ChristenUnie) did not want the handling of the Vahstal file to be handled by B&W, as was the case under previous aldermen, but also involved the council factions. So the factions must now also advise on further litigation, although the court’s ruling is actually crystal clear.
