According to VideoCardz AMDRadeon confirmed the technical features of the RX 9070 series.
Both Radeon RGX 9070 cards to be launched next month are equipped with the same Navi 48 GPU, which contains 53.9 billion transistors on a 357 mm² chip.
AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT Features
Accordingly, the Radeon RX 9070 XT model will have a full configuration with 64 RDNA 4 CU (Compute Unit), 64 beam accelerator and 128 artificial intelligence (AI) accelerator. The card will come with 4096 Stream Processor and increase to 2400 MHz game speed and up to 2970 MHz. Single sensitivity calculation (FP32) performance is estimated as 48.7 TFLOPS.
AMD RX 9070 Features
The RX 9070 will have 56 CU (Compute Unit) and will include 56 beam accelerator, 112 artificial intelligence (AI) seeds and 3584 Stream Processor. This model will have 2070 MHz (Game) and 2540 MHz clock speeds.
AMD has confirmed the future of both cards with a 16GB GDDR6 memory running at 20 GBPS. Both cards will offer 640 GB/s bandwidth using 256-bit memory data pathway. In addition, AMD confirmed that 64 MB 3th generation Infinity Cache is on both cards.
As for PCIe features, the RX 9070 XT will have a 304W TBP as it comes out of the box and the RX 9070 will have 220W TBP.
