(Finance) – The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of AMCO extensiona company owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and primary operator in the management of non-performing loans, which met today, approved the 2022 financial statements which confirm the results already approved by the Board and disclosed to the market on 13 March 2023.
The Assembly also has appointed the new Board of Directorsby increasing the number of members 3 to 5: Giuseppe Maresca, as President of the Company, Andrea Munari, indicated by the Shareholder for the position of Chief Executive Officer, Antonella Centra, Ezio Simonelli and Silvia Tossini.
The mandate of the Board of Directors will end with the approval of the 2025 financial statements.
