(Finance) – It ended with an agreement between AMCO And BdM Bank (formerly Popolare di Bari) the request for compensation and compensation made in May 2022 by AMCO for documentary deficiencies relating to the €2 billion (GBV) portfolio of impaired loans transferred by BdM to AMCO in 2020.
The agreement, explains a note, has been reached after months of dialogue and collaborationalso following the integration activities of the documentation made available in the meantime by the Bank to AMCO.
