(Finance) – Ambromobiliareconsultancy companies specialized in Financial Advisory services and listed on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), closed the 2024 with Net revenues A growing of 21% to 1,842 thousand euros compared to the previous year data (1,529 thousand at 31 December 2023). From the point of view of the Equity Capital Market segment, during the 2024 Ambromobiliare year, as a financial advisor, 3 iPo has successfully concluded on Euronext Growth Milan and an operation of M&A.
THE’Ebitda It is positive for 98 thousand euros, improving with respect to the negative eBitda of -398 thousand of euros at 31 December 2023. The return to the positive levels of Ebitda is more attributable to the growth of revenues and a careful cost policy. The Net result It is positive for 16 thousand euros at 31 December 2024, against a negative net result of -292 thousand euros at 31 December 2023. The net result of the period, slightly positive, is however affected by greater depreciation and devaluations compared to the previous year.
There Net financial position It is negative (debt) for 423 thousand euros at 31 December 2024 (negative for 476 thousand to 30 June 2024 and negative for 165 thousand at 31 December 2023). The net financial position has mainly been negatively influenced by the decrease in cash (for about 157 thousand), by the reduction of financial assets that do not constitute fixed assets (for about 171 thousand) and the increase in short -term loan (for about 227 thousand) and positively from the reduction of short -and -off financing (for about 297 thousand).
Ambromobiliare said that the mandate pipeline for the current exercise is comparable to that of the beginning of the previous year. THE’Outlook on the current year is therefore cautiously optimistic Also because the company has already closed in the first months of the year an IPO operation and an operation of M&A. The existing mandates for the iPo on Euronext Growth Milan refer to the following sectors: Engineering, cosmetics, digital marketing. The assignments in the M & A are active in the luxury, plant engineering, textile, technology and marketing & communication sector.
