He is one of the world’s greatest skiing talents.
It will be so incredibly exciting to follow Alvar Myhlback this winter.

18-year-olds Alvar Myhlback has already made a name for himself in cross-country skiing. Even though he has yet to compete in a single season as a senior yet.
Myhlback’s career
He broke through as a super talent already as a 16-year-old by taking SM silver. Last season, Myhlback became a giant in skiing by winning double JVM gold and coming in a historic third place in the Vasaloppet.

Now the very first senior season awaits next winter and the expectations are enormously high for young Alvar. The big goal is, of course, the Ski World Cup 2025 in Trondheim, and there the teenager aims to write new sporting history by taking the next step in his career and reaching the absolute world elite.
Alvar’s mission
Alongside skiing, Alvar Myhlback is taking on a completely new mission this winter. The great talent has become the new ambassador for the skin care brand CeraVe and it will be the first time that the 18-year-old works with such a brand.
– Many of us who live in Sweden and the Nordics live a very active lifestyle outdoors in cold climates, which is especially true for me as a cross-country skier. The lifestyle I live, with a lot of exercise both indoors and out in the cold air, makes it extra important for me to take care of my skin with products that are both easy to understand and use. I am extremely excited to start working with CeraVe and look forward to sharing everything together with all customers and followers, he says himself in a press release.

Myhlback will be an ambassador for CeraVe for the next two seasons through April 2026.
– We are incredibly happy and proud to begin a collaboration with Alvar and his team. As one of our brand ambassadors in Sweden, he represents an increasingly growing consumer group; young men who are aware of the importance of taking care of their skin with reliable, effective and uncomplicated products. With a background in our dermatological origins, at CeraVe we want it to be easy to take care of your skin in the best way, regardless of whether you have an active lifestyle that exposes the skin to stress or not,” says Alexandra Jonerheim at CeraVe Nordics in a statement.
