(Finance) – The Board of Directors Of Althea Green Powera company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the development and construction of plants for the production of renewable energy, has appointed the internal council committees with subordinate effect and starting from the start of trading of the company’s shares and warrants on Euronext STAR Milan.
The Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee is composed of: Francesco Bavagnoli as President; Laura Guazzoni; Fabio Lenzini.
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is composed of: Anna Chiara Invernizzi as President; Laura Guazzoni; Donatella de Lieto Vollaro.
The composition of the confirmed Committee for transactions with related partiescomposed of: Laura Guazzoni as president; Anna Chiara Invernizzi; Francesco Bavagnoli.
