Alpine: Emma Aicher took the first victory in the World Cup – Supervass End

There was an expectation and a craving for Sundsvall -born Aicher, which in 2020 changed national team from Sweden to Germany, after yesterday’s sensational second place from starting number 27.

In the World Cup, the 21-year-old showed dawn form by being six in both downhill and super-G.

Today, Aicher got start number 16 and had even better conditions. In the leader’s chair, Lauren Macuga, who crushed its competitors in the last sector, was waiting for the goal.

Aicher, however, had turbo in the goal and was the fastest in the last sector and went from eighth to first place in an incredible ending.

Aicher waved to the audience and was cramped by a German leader.
