Almawave revenues up 41 in 1st quarter Margins down slightly

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Almawavea company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), natural language analysis and Big Data services, closed the first quarter 2023 with revenues an increase of 40.9% to 12.8 million euros. L’Adjusted EBITDA amounted to 3 million euros, up by 30% compared to the first quarter of 2022, with an EBITDA Adjusted Margin equal to 23.1% (25.1% in 1Q 2022). L’Adjusted EBIT increased by 34.1% compared to the same period of 2022 and amounted to 1.8 million euro, with an Adjusted EBIT Margin of 14.3% (15% in Q1 2022).

“The results achieved in the first quarter of the current year confirm the continuation of the growth trend that has been characterizing the company for some time – commented theCEO Valeria Sandei – At the start of the year, Almawave further improved its performance, with a strengthening of all business components”.

The acquired companies The Data Appeal Company and Territorial Systemswhich became part of the corporate perimeter during 2022, recorded revenue growth of approximately 74% and approximately 43%, respectively.

There Net Financial Availability as at 31 March 2023 it is positive (cash) for 9.6 million euro (cash as at 31 December 2022 for approximately 10.5 million euro).
