Since we could already play through Kingdom Come 2, here is our assessment:

Roadmap: What is still planned?

Similar to the predecessor, there will be 2 additional (sometimes free, sometimes paid) DLCs. If you buy the Gold or Collector Edition from KCD2, you will automatically receive the expansion pass and thus access to all content planned for the year.

This is what the roadmap for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 looks like:

  • Spring 2025: Free updates such as a hardcore mode, horse racing and a barber feature (you can adapt the appearance of Heinrich at the barber)
  • Summer 2025: Encounters with death – with this adventure, Heinrich helps an enigmatic artist with his dark past. In the lands you face dangerous encounters and dismantled a network of intrigue.
  • Autumn 2025: The legacy of the smithy – here Heinrich is confronted with his roots and explores the legacy of his adoptive father Martin. While you restore the once famous smithy and demonstrate his skills in the art of smithy, she reveals a forgotten story from the past.
  • Winter 2025: Mysteria Ecclesia – There are numerous intrigue in the Sedletz monastery. Heinrich is commissioned with a hidden mission and has to uncover hidden truths and navigate through a labyrinth of reluctant interests.

    What do I need to know about Kingdom Come? The first role -playing game of the Warhorse Studios was released on February 13, 2018 and, despite some technical construction sites, blossomed as a surprise success. On Steam, the role -playing game is 83 % positive reviews.

    Like Part 1, the sequel, which will appear on February 4, 2025 for PC and the consoles, will revolve around Heinrich, the son of a blacksmith. In both games, open world adventures await you from a first person perspective, which set a big focus on the story, an authentic simulation of the game world and the role player experience.
