All of the aid sent from Saudi Arabia reached Turkey

After the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, which is described as the “disaster of the century”, all the aid sent from Saudi Arabia by 7 planes reached Turkey.

The delegation consisting of 7 planes and a 95-person search and rescue team, 55 medical personnel and the Saudi Red Crescent, representatives of the King Salman Relief Organization, humanitarian aid materials and sanitary equipment, all arrived in the earthquake zone, departing from Saudi Arabia.

Samer Jiaily, Undersecretary of King Salman Charity Organization, told reporters that they came with 7 planes to support Turkey and Syria.

Stating that they took action with the directives of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Jiaily said:

“We brought medical and technical materials to help our brother, the Republic of Turkey, on this bad day. We will send the extremely high technology products found on the last plane to the field as soon as possible. We had humanitarian aid supplies and search and rescue teams on the 6 planes that came before this. The machine they will use. They came with 95 people and equipment.”

Explaining that the air aid corridor will continue, Jiaily said, “Because we visited the field and saw that there was a need for it. The search and rescue team came with 6 K9 dogs with machinery and equipment and very serious technological tools. They are currently working in 6 different areas.
