“All Eyes on Wagner”, an open source research group which documents Russian influence in Africa, published a study on Burkina Faso this Monday, December 4. Researchers note that, since the Russia-Africa summit held in Saint Petersburg last July, the Russian presence in Ouagadougou has accelerated and that Burkina Faso has placed itself under the supervision of Moscow.
