But to follow a training, it is now compulsory that the employee participates.

From the 1st^er May 2024, anyone wishing to use their CPF must adjust part of the formation of their pocket. The amount is fixed, whatever the training followed. From the 1st^er January, it has increased to € 102.23, compared to € 100 since May 2024. In reality, this amount will increase every year: it is expected to be upgraded each 1^er January of the level of inflation.

If the CPF can be used by all employees such as job seekers, fixed participation is not compulsory in certain cases: the unemployed do not pay them, nor the employees whose company participates, In addition, the payment of training, those who use their professional prevention account (C2P) and those in retraining following a permanent disability of at least 10%.
