Jacobs-Bressette was arrested March 15 and released Friday on $1,000 bail to two sureties after spending a week in the Sarnia Jail. Now he’ll live at an Aamjiwnaang First Nation home with a 10 pm to 6 am curfew and is banned from weapons, contacting his co-accused, and returning to the Bluewater Motel. He’ll be back in court April 18.

This was one of three major Sarnia police probes at the Bluewater Motel this year. Four suspects were charged after a January robbery invasion in which two people were held against their will, police said. A Windsor man faces 21 charges after a suspect was found there last week in body armor with a hidden, loaded handgun and $34,000 in drugs.
