How to get the buff: Force Astarion to drink blood from merchant Araj Oblodra. You can find them at the Moonrise Towers in Act 2.
Githzerai Mind Barrier

How to get the buff: Solve the puzzle in Mind Flayer Colony. Place the waking mind in the archive canister and erase the spirit from the female elf head.

How to get the buff: In the House of Sorrow you will find the Mirror of Loss. say a prayer Then sacrifice either the Knowledge of the Necromancy of Thay or an ability score. The debuff can be removed again with “Remove Curse”.

How to get the buff: Have Araj Oblodra draw blood from you in Act 2. You can find them in the Towers of Moonrise. Then, in Act 3, allow Araj to draw your blood again near the Blushing Mermaid tavern. After that you will get a potion that you have to drink.

How to get the buff: Complete the “Help the Cursed Monk” quest. You can find his amulet in the Grymforge. Bring it to the Temple of the Open Hand. Accept the curse of the monk to learn the ability.
The Tharchiate Code: Blessings
