(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Alkemy announced that he has purchasedbetween 24 May and 1 June 2023, overall 6,973 treasury sharesat an average price of 11.9493 euros, for one counter value equal to 83,322.22 euros, in execution of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of 27 April 2023.
Following the announced purchases and considering the treasury shares already in the portfolio (relating to the purchases made under the previous Buyback Programmes), Alkemy held 146,288 treasury shares as at 1 June, equal to 2.573% of the share capital.
